These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AutoBiz AI (the "Service") at autobizai.net, operated from the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AutoBiz AI provides a suite of AI-assisted writing tools that help small businesses produce text such as emails, quotes, proposals, invoices, social posts and other documents. You provide some details, and the Service uses artificial intelligence to generate a draft based on what you enter.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account access secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Free plan — available at no cost, subject to a monthly limit on the number of generations.
• Paid plans (Professional and Business) — billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
• Price changes — we may change our prices, and will give reasonable notice of any change that affects you before it takes effect.

4. AI-generated content — important

The Service produces drafts generated by artificial intelligence. While we aim for high quality, AI output can contain mistakes, inaccuracies or outdated information, and may occasionally produce content that is incorrect or unsuitable for your purpose.

• You are responsible for reviewing, checking and editing all output before using or relying on it, including verifying any facts, figures, calculations, prices and totals.
• Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Tools that produce documents such as terms, policies or contracts generate general templates only, which should be reviewed by a qualified professional for your specific situation and region.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of any output complies with applicable laws and any third-party platform rules (for example, advertising policies).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights;
• generate content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or otherwise objectionable;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• resell, redistribute or provide the Service to third parties as your own without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the information you enter ("Input") and, as between you and us, you are free to use the content the Service generates for you ("Output"). You are responsible for your Input and your use of any Output. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including our software, branding and design.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on trusted third parties to function, including Stripe (payment processing), Kit (email and account management) and Anthropic (the AI model that generates output). Your use of the Service may also be subject to their terms.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and working, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any Output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
