• Your email address — when you sign up for a free account or subscribe to a paid plan.
• Content you enter — the information you type into our tools (for example, details for an email, quote, or CV) so the Service can generate a result for you.
• Payment information — if you subscribe, your payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; Stripe handles these directly.
• Usage information — basic data such as how many generations you have used, stored locally in your browser to manage your plan limits.
• Technical data — standard information such as your device type and general location, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service and generate the content you request.
• To manage your account, plan, and generation limits.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send you service-related and (if you opt in) marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How your content is processed by AI

When you use a tool, the information you enter is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate your result. This processing happens to fulfil your request. We recommend you do not enter sensitive personal data, passwords, or confidential third-party information into the tools.

Third-party services we rely on

We use trusted providers to run the Service. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Anthropic — AI processing of the content you submit.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Kit (ConvertKit) — email list and account management.
• Netlify — website hosting and delivery.

Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your sign-in and track your plan usage. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic (such as page views and visitor numbers); it is privacy-friendly, does not use cookies, and does not collect or store any personal information about you.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see your rights below). Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability.
